 We use involute teeth for pulley. These involute teeth have basic design track formed by |
| movement of belt teeth from interlocking of belt with teeth. Therefore, it shows small |
| interference between belt and pulley teeth during rotatoin and can obtain extremely soft |
| rotation. Also, as backlash between belt and pulley can be designed to extremes, it is |
possible to obtain excellent position precision and accuracy of rotation transfer.
